No Professional Relationship

Use of dexmetal.com does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client, broker, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with DexMetal LLC. Any paid or formal engagement must be agreed separately in writing.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying waste classifications, national controls, notification requirements, consent conditions, permits, contracts, insurance, packaging, transport, and documentation with qualified professionals and the relevant authorities before moving any material.

Tool Outputs

Tool results may be incomplete, outdated, jurisdiction-specific, or dependent on the facts you provide. They should be treated as screening support, not a final legal or regulatory determination.

Shipment Route Check — One-Time Service Terms

The Shipment Route Check is a one-time, human-reviewed screening service intended for business and professional users. It is not a subscription, recurring service, legal opinion, permit, certification, or guarantee of regulatory approval.

No payment is collected on the public intake form. After we review your request and confirm it is suitable for the service, we will email you the expected delivery timing and a secure PayPal payment link for the USD 99 fee. Paid work begins after payment is confirmed. If we decline the request, we will not ask you to pay.

Your request is accepted when we confirm it by email. By paying the fee, you agree to these Shipment Route Check Service Terms.

If DexMetal declines the request or cannot provide the service after payment, the payment will be refunded. A customer may cancel for a full refund before substantive review work begins. After substantive review work has begun, any refund will reflect the work already completed. After the completed report is delivered, refunds are not normally available except for duplicate charges, non-delivery, or a material failure to provide the service as described.

These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights that apply under applicable consumer protection law. Where mandatory law gives a customer additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.

To the extent permitted by law, DexMetal LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to a Shipment Route Check is limited to the fee paid for that service. DexMetal LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including shipment delay, demurrage, storage charges, penalties, or the rejection or return of a shipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

DexMetal may link to external websites, regulatory sources, APIs, payment processors, or third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, or availability.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, DexMetal content, page design, tool logic, and written materials are owned by DexMetal LLC or used with permission. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy, resell, or repackage substantial portions without written permission.
